Another great alternative tune by an English band. This song is off of the album After the Snow which is excellent. I will post more in time, my friends.

'Forever Live and Die' by OMD

I find this song very romantic and it warms my heart to hear. Don't think the video does it justice tho - wish they would have called me up to direct it.

'Dogs of Lust' by The The

Interesting band originating from England with a slew of turnover around the only constant member Matt Johnson. Some are notable such as Johnny Marr guitarist from The Smiths.

Enough rambling, I love the intensity of this tune. There's also rated R version of the video but I couldn't find it :(

'Too Shy' by Kajagoogoo

I don't think there's anything I can really say about this quintessential alternative 80's gem - other than I love it and should have posted long ago.

'Master & Servant Cover' by Locust

The cover came from a DM tribute album by various artists (including The Cure, Meat Beat Manifesto, Smashing Pumpkins to name a few) called For the Masses in 1998. The CD has some other great songs besides the post below.

This one is sooo smooth and sexy. It's been in my head all day - had to share . . .

'Close to Me' by The Cure

Even without the proper video, had to post this classic by Sussex, England's best. Enjoy and feel your youth.

We all remember the cool video of the armoire falling into the ocean with the band playing. If I can find, I will re-post.

'Yeah Yeah Yeah' by The Sounds
